Italy Footwear Limited
Italy footwear management is vested with its Board of Directors. The Board formulate policies and provide guidelines for smooth operation of the company. The Chairman and Managing Director, co-ordinate monitoring, following up production and marketing activities for smooth operation of the company. Qualified and experienced technical, administrative, marketing and accounting professionals have recruited to assist key officials & management.
The Board of Directors of the company consists of 2 (two) directors. Directors are qualified, resourceful and experienced in the field of business. A brief introduction of our board of directors are given below:
Mr. Jahangir Alam Khan
Managing Director
Mr. Jahangir Alam Khan was born in 1973 in a respectable Muslim family in the district of Shariatpur. He is an European Diploma educated businessman, is an early starter, a carious individual leadership and analytical to the interior, the very definition of an entrepreneur and performer.
His legendary leadership, brought at the creation of strategic planning and business strategies which led to the significant growth of the country.
He is one of the most pledge and dynamic entrepreneurs of the Bangladesh footwear manufacturing sector. Mr. Jahangir started his business career in Vicenza, Italy. Then he started his business in trading of footwear products and later opened showroom for selling footwear products and leather goods at Rome.
Mr. Jahangir, with an inherent sense of business, has gathered immense knowledge of business and know-how over the past 17 years. As he was involved in footwear business having potential buyer networks from EU market, he took initiatives in 2014 for setting up Italy footwear Limited (IFL) in Bangladesh. He played key role in setting strategy and business plan for IFL since early stage, taking the responsibility of operational excellence through process and leadership development. He is playing vital role in finding out and managing the international buyers.
Mohd. Abdul Mannan
Chairman
Mr. Mohd. Abdul Mannan, is the Chairman of the project. He got his master degree in Diplomacy and Economics from Megatrend International University Vienna. After saving 11 years in different hospitality management, he turned entrepreneur at the age of 44. He is one of the most promising and potential Entrepreneur with vision over the process, he has 7 years contribution to the economy of Bangladesh.
He is an accomplished businessman and has a proven record of achievement contributing highly for the overall expansion of business of the company. As Chairman of Italy Footwear Limited, Mr. Mannan has shown the abilities of a good performer and his efficiency in business is acclaimed by the company. For accelerating positive and social changes, he maintains a very good rapport with different social and cultural organizations.
Mr. Abdul Hoque
Director
Abdul Hoque was born in 1974 in a respectable Muslim family in the district ofNoakhaliis the Director of the company. Mr. Hoque has completed his graduation from National University. He started his business career in trading and restaurant business in Rome. He is an integral part of Italy footwear Limited that pioneered its export of footwear products from Bangladesh to Italy. His contribution in the development of IFL is remarkable.
His entrepreneurial skill, management capability, long association with business, farsighted vision will contribute a lot for successful operation of the proposed project.
